Sewerage Treatment Plant
At the outset, we would like to introduce our company Eco Pro Tech as a group of young professionals engaged in the field of Environment management from last 20 years. We are having no. of successful clients with us whom we had served in the different fields including Consultancy, Turnkey Contracts & Equipment Supplies in the field of Effluent Treatment Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants, Noise Pollution Control devices and Air pollution control devices.

Is used to treat domestic waste water from Kitchen, Toilets, and Bathroom.
STP Provide solution for different kind of Industries, Hotel, Resorts, & Farm houses to treat this domestic waste water with Biological treatment.
ECO PRO TECH:- manufacture and Supply different types of STP.
- Package type of STP is mostly used in Industries. We Fabricate it with M.S Sheet and FRP lining to save clients space and money.
- Civil Type of STP – Provide solution for Large quantity of sewerage generated from Industry & Residential Societies.
- STP with MBR Technology:- we provide STP with membrane bio reactor as per client demand.
Brief description of STP.
1.0 TREATMENT SCHEME
The Plant is of modular construction and the treatment process will consists of four stages.
Stage 1: Primary Treatment for Sewage Water
Screen chamber, Oil & Grease removal tank, Primary Settling Tank.
Stage 2: Secondary or biological treatment
FAB / MBBR Reactor (Aerobic Treatment) Two Stage.
Stage 3: Tertiary treatment
Filter Feed Tank, Hypo Dosing System, Dual Media and Activated Carbon Filter.
Stage 4: Sludge Treatment
Filter Press.
BRIEF PROCESS DESCRIPTION
(i) PRIMARY TREATMENT:
The waste water will be collected in the Septic tank after flowing through the screen chamber which is provided with coarse bar screen to trap the floating debris, then the water is passed by gravity to Oil & Grease tank for removal of Oil & Grease.
Moving Bed Process Technology Using AMB Bio Media.
(ii) Description of the moving bed process:
The basic principal of the moving bed process is the growth of the biomass on plastic supports that move in the biological reactor via agitation generated by aeration systems (aerobic reactors) or by mechanical systems (in anoxic or anaerobic reactors). The supports are made from plastic with a density close to 1 g/cm3 letting them move easily in the reactor even when the capacity reaches 70%.
The moving bed processes come from the current trend in waste water treatment, from the use of systems that offer an increased specific surface in the reactor for the growth of the biomass, achieving significant reductions in the biological reactor volume.
Initially fixed bed systems were used, however it was discovered that this type ofprocess show a series of operational inconveniences such as the blocking of the bed because of the excessive growth of the biomass, this makes periodical cleaning obligatory. These drawbacks have caused the need for the creation of simple biofilm processes that eliminate them and that ease their operation; these are the moving bed processes.
(iii) TERTIARY TREATMENT:
The treated water will be further pumped through tertiary treatment comprising of filtration with Dual Media cum Activated carbon Filter for removal of micro-suspensions, colors and odors. Outlet of Carbon Filter is final Treated water and given a shot dose of Hypo Solution for disinfection. The treated water will be collected in Treated water storage tank from where it will be pumped for discharge to irrigation/plantation, horticulture Flushing and Floor washing etc.
(iv) SLUDGE TREATMENT:
The dewatering of the sludge is carried out in the Filter Press. The Excess Secondary (Biological) sludge from secondary Treatment will be firstly send to Filter Press. After that Sludge will be dried in natural heat of the sun light to remove moistures. The dried sludge will be used as manure.
The filtrate water from the Filter Press will be sent to Collection Tank for further treatment.
