Effluent Treatment Plant

At the outset, we would like to introduce our company Eco Pro Tech as a group of young professionals engaged in the field of Environment management from last 20 years. We are having no. of successful clients with us whom we had served in the different fields including Consultancy, Turnkey Contracts & Equipment Supplies in the field of Effluent Treatment Plants, Sewage Treatment Plants, Noise Pollution Control devices and Air pollution control devices.

Used to treat Industrial waste water from Chemical &Biological Treatment.

ECO PRO TECH manufactures and Supplies two types of E.T.P. One with physio chemical Treatment and other with Physio chemical & Biological Treatment. We also Provide Compact E.T.P. Plant in M.S Structure & ETP only in civil Structure or ETP with civil & M.S Tanks. Commonly in use now a days. ECO PRO TECH is using latest Technology with cost saving Technics in manufacturing ETP. We are also using ultra filtration and Membrane Filtration on client’s choice.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION of Process.

(i) PRIMARY TREATMENT:

The waste water will be collected in the Holding tank after flowing through the Oil & Grease tank for removal of Oil & Grease.

(ii) CHEMICAL TREATMENT:

The Water from Holding Tank pumped to Chemical Reaction Tank for Treatment with Lime/Caustic, Alum and Polyelectrolyte and mixed them with Compressed Air. The chemical dosing is done with Metering Pumps and S.S. Pump.

The basic principal of the moving bed process is the growth of the biomass on plastic supports that move in the biological reactor via agitation generated by aeration systems (aerobic reactors) or by mechanical systems (in anoxic or anaerobic reactors). The supports are made from plastic with a density close to 1 g/cm3 letting them move easily in the reactor even when the capacity reaches 70%.

The moving bed processes come from the current trend in waste water treatment, from the use of systems that offer an increased specific surface in the reactor for the growth of the biomass, achieving significant reductions in the biological reactor volume.

Initially fixed bed systems/SAF Reactor were used, however it was discovered that this type of process shows a series of operational inconveniences such as the blocking of the bed because of the excessive growth of the biomass, this makes periodical cleaning obligatory. These drawbacks have caused the need for the creation of simple biofilm processes that eliminate them and that ease their operation; these are the moving bed processes.

(iii) TERTIARY TREATMENT (DMF & ACF):

The treated water will be further pumped through tertiary treatment comprising of filtration with Dual Media and Activated carbon Filter for removal of micro-suspensions, colours and odours. Outlet of Carbon Filter is final Treated water and given a shot dose of Hypo Solution for disinfection. The treated water will be collected in Treated water storage tank from where it will be pumped for discharge to irrigation/plantation, horticulture Flushing and Floor washing etc.

(iv) SLUDGE TREATMENT:

The dewatering of the sludge is carried out in the Filter Press.

The Sludge from Chemical Treatment from Primary Tube Settler and

The Excess (Biological) sludge from secondary Treatment will be firstly send to Sump for Sludge. The Sludge will be pumped into filter Press. The filtrate water from the Filter Press will be sent to Collection Tank for further treatment.
